Why do I receive a page cannot be displayed error?
You may receive a The page cannot be displayed
error at different times throughout the process of using your myTransact account. The most common reason for getting this error relates to your digital certificates.
To troubleshoot The page cannot be displayed error, perform the following steps:
Because there are multiple reasons why this error will occur, attempt to determine if the issue has been resolved before performing the next step.
1. If you chose one digital certificate from the Client Authentication window list and got the error, close the browser, relaunch it, and try again, this time choosing the other digital certificate.

Clear the cache and cookies in Internet Explorer 7. For instructions on clearing the cache and cookies, go to How do I clear the cache and cookies from Internet Explorer 7?
3. If you are using a hardware token, (i.e., USB keyfob or SmartCard reader), make sure that the hardware token is plugged in correctly or the card is inserted correctly. Disconnect your hardware token for 20 seconds, and then reconnect it. After your hardware token is reconnected, restart your computer.

Log in to your myTransact account. To log in to your myTransact account, go to Transact Washington
. At the Transact Washington page, on the left menu, click on myTransact Account
